打开交易纠纷。PayPal的调解中心允许你直接给卖家发送讯息,来解决你遇到的问题。

结束或升级争议。如果你和卖家成功解决了问题,你可以直接结束争议。如果您和卖家无法就解决办法达成共识,则必须自争议提出之日起20个公历日内将争议升级为PayPal补偿申请。如果升级为补偿申请,也就是请求PayPal对事件进行审核并决定结果。
